The workspace and its facilities

This modern business center is located centrally in Hellerup/Tuborg Harbour in Copenhagen. The building was designed by the famous Danish architect Henning Larsen, and was intended as a modern counterpart to the neighbouring building, the former mineral water factory of the Tuborg Breweries. In the square in front of the main entrance, the artist Jørn Larsen has created 25 small fountains on granite squares. The offices and the large roof terrace offer spectacular views of Hellerup, Strandvejen and the Sound.The business center's interior design is modern and boasts a presentable reception area with specially designed furniture and original artwork. There is easy access to the business center due to its prime location. There are 22 bus lines nearby, and Hellerup S-train station is only a 5-minute walk from the business center. The business center is only a 10-minute drive from the city centre of Copenhagen, and has easy access to Motorway 201, ring roads 2 and 3, and is only 25 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. Parking spaces are available for the business center's tenants and visitors in the center's own underground car park, or in the surrounding area.
