The offices are furnished with high-quality furniture, and each workspace includes a height-adjustable desk, lamp, ergonomic office chair, and a lockable cabinet.On the ground floor, the serviced office features a large and expansive canteen where the kitchen staff serves a flavorful lunch daily, including a variety of salads and both cold and hot dishes. When the weather is nice, lunch can also be enjoyed outdoors.For meetings, you are free to use the workspace’s meeting facilities, which include six meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 12 people. If desired, you can also opt for catered meeting refreshments.The serviced office is an extension of our premium office hotel at Strandvejen 125, which is a significant advantage for you. This means that as tenants at Tuborgvej 5, you can purchase many of the services offered only at our premium locations. The location
This workspace is located in the North of Copenhagen, in Hellerup's Central Business District and is only a short walk from the Waterfront Shopping Centre. Whether you are traveling by car, bicycle, or public transport, the workspace is easily accessible. Hellerup train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and buses run from across the street. There is ample and free parking along the surrounding roads, and there is also the option to rent a parking space in our parking basement or on the property’s other areas.
