Inside the charming building from 1790, the workspace appears in the best New Yorker style with raw walls and beautiful smoked oak floors. The decor is modern but respects the old soul and charm that the property exhibits.The workspace spans from the 1st to the 3rd floor. On each floor, you are greeted by a lovely common area in open connection with a kitchenette. Here, the coffee machine is always ready to brew you many delicious cups of coffee.On the 1st floor, we have arranged a co-working and lounge area, which can be freely used if you need a new view during the workday. It is also on the 1st floor that one of the office’s meeting rooms is located; the other is on the 2nd floor. The meeting rooms are available for free use and just need to be booked via our tenant portal.All offices are brightly decorated and equipped with quality furniture. Each office space includes a sit/stand desk, lamp, ergonomic office chair, and a lockable cabinet.
