Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
An extremely cozy location with 13 different tables that can be worked out. Some are induvial tables, while others are tables for 4, so teams are welcome. Due to corona, all tables are divided by plastic dividers, giving each person their own dedicated space to work. There is a downstairs area that can be rented out as a meeting room if anything needs to be handled in private. Not only are the buildings and space concept impressive, but also the convenient location of the new location. In addition, the workspace allows clients to have 24 hours access in 7 days of the week with high speed internet. There are lounges and breakout areas where you can take a break during a hectic workday.

The location
This location is located just steps away from the Kolumbusplat U bahn station, located in the restaurant Pirlo. During the evening hours it is an Austrian Coffee house, and it has an extremely cozy feeling. It is just stepping away from public transportation and there are various bakeries cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are two-way access to reach this place which is by car or public transport as such as S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram, taxi, and bus. There is parking available at the centre. The centre is surrounded by a range of hotels, restaurants and cafes.
