Munich is a very decentralised market, however, if international companies are looking to base their business in the city and need good access to air travel, then our local expert Florian Kappes would recommend offices in the north of Munich, because the airport is quite far out from the city centre.

In general, the Munich serviced office market is healthy, with occupancy rates around 80 – 85%.
