Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

In the HAUSamHANS there are primarily permanent office jobs. These include 24-hour access to the home, and desk and shelving space in a large, bright room with hardwood floors or tiles. In total, we share a common area of almost 170 metre square. Four people from a wide variety of disciplines can be accommodated in large, bright work rooms. There is also a comfortable sofa lounge/meeting room, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and garden. The equipment includes: fixed desk, drawer element and shelf, fast internet with high speed,a color laser printer that can be used together, a cleaner and an electrical insurance.

The location

It is located behind a rose bush, in the very center of Street Pauli and with good connections to public transport. Being situated in the business center of the city gives clients excellent networking opportunities with other businesses in the area.
