This centre is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Düsseldorf, within very close proximity to the train station. Düsseldorf town centre is just a short distance away, where you will find numerous restaurants and shops. The Seestern is of particular importance for businesses in the information and communications technology sector. With five hotels in the inner Seestern area, it is also an important up-and-coming hotel location. For companies from Japan and China, Seestern has long been an established location. The area to the north of Düsseldorf on the left bank of the Rhine, between Oberkassel and Heerdt, is known as the “Seesterngebiet” (“starfish area”). The completion of the A44 Rhine crossing laid the foundation for the linking, greatly valued by many today, of this location to the city, the trade fairs and the airport (a direct interchange onto the B7/A52 as well as a number of metropolitan railway connections).
