The workspace and its facilities
This was purpose-built in the late 1800s as the Army's Northern Command Headquarters. Dominating the skyline, the clock tower still houses its original winding. In the early 1990s the building was restored and refurbished as a business centre housing 33 offices of different sizes ranging from 133 to 1,485 sq ft. Office rent includes all heating, electricity, power supply, security, office furniture, water rates, business rates, building insurance, cleaning and maintenance.
