In a period house on a small, cobbled street just off Micklegate, this Blake House office is right next to lots of shops, cafes, pubs and takeaways and very close to York train station. The building offers 12 private offices, all with lovely added features ranging from original fireplaces, private courtyards & historic timber mouldings throughout. The offices range to accommodate between 1 and 6 people and offer 5 free hours meeting room useage every month to use at our other city centre sites for those monthly catch ups and team meetings. A striped carpet, funky artwork & secret bookcase doors, this building will leave you inspired on every visit.

The location

The workspaces are nestled at St Martins Lane, York. Small offices located in the city centre, just off Micklegate. Situated on a small cobble street opposite a church. The building is very close to shops and just a short walk to the train station about eight minutes. York is full of character, history and known for tourism and Vikings. There is bike stations and local car parks nearby too. Not forgetting a lovely local pub at the end of the street for tenants to meet after a challenging week. There is parking available at the centre. The centre has also eateries on site and other outlets are very close by.
