The workspace and its facilities

Betahaus is located in the heart of Sofia, in the Union of Bulgarian Artists building on Shipka Street 6. The space has tall ceilings and lots of natural light. We are located on the 3rd floor and occupy a total area of 1500 sq.m. We have a large open space area with 62 fixed desks, 14 private offices of different sizes, and a hot desk area / social space. There is also a shared kitchen, 3 meeting rooms, and 7 phone booths. The largest office is for 25 people and the smallest is for 4 people. All the offices are fully furnished and have a separate AC system. We organize regular events for our community such as breakfasts, talks, and movie nights.

The location

betahaus Shipka is located in the heart of the city, next to Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski " in a former exhibition space. The building is one of the landmarks of the Socialist architecture in Sofia and serves as the seat of the Union of the Bulgarian Artists. It has tall ceilings and lots of natural light. We are located on the third floor and occupy a total area of 1500 sq.m. The space was completely renovated in the summer of 2019. The area around - Oborishte - is one of the most prestigious parts of the city, and is just a short walk from important sites like Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Sofia University and the National Library.
