Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The workspace is made up of 5 low-rise buildings with no more than 5 levels per building and regular cleaning in communal high-touch areas. The 5-building surround lush green gardens that are filled with seating options covered with umbrellas and BBQ facilities. On site, clients will find two gourmet dining options that offer both dine-in and take-away options. In the basement level clients will find a contactless car park with storage units (available at an additional cost) and bike racks, as well as state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities with a fully equipped gymnasium with personal trainers and recently change rooms, shower facilities and sauna. There are a variety of office space options to lease with custom fit-outs and designs available that can be built to tenant specifications.
