The location

This property is located on one of the most exclusive addresses in Stockholm on Artillerigatan, in the heart of Östermalm only a few yards from the waterfront at Strandvägen. Around the corner lies the Royal Dramatic Theatre, a spectacular art-nouveau building that constitutes a landmark both for Stockholmers and foreigners.
