The building incorporates Finnegans Cafe and a Wellness Centre offering a range of traditional and complementary therapies. Tenants have 24/7 access and reception is manned from 8am to 9pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

This centre is located only a few minutes' walk from Falkirk's main-line railway station. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are within 30 minutes travel by train.
