The workspace and its facilities

This centre has office space available now to accommodate up to six staff, all you need is to bring your computers and yourselves and settle in. You would be sharing space with two to three spritely people. The existing tenants have outgrown the space so the centre is now looking for new sociable tenants to come and share the space. Close to the City Centre, Sydney Central Station is two minutes’ walk away and there are numerous bus stops close by. Office space is available now, with long terms options available and short term options will also be considered. Some other specifics about the office space: computers, Chairs, Phones, Printers & Kitchen supplies would need to be supplied by you. There are four shared meeting rooms within the building that can hold up to 12 people and Wi-Fi access, as well as casual areas on each floor. There are shared bathrooms on each floor, it is an open office space. There is card swipe security after 6pm and secure bike racks in the basement.
