Ofis Voyvoda was established in 2021 in Istanbul's historic trade district Beyoglu, in Nazlı Han building. Nazlı Han is one of the rarest historic buildings standing in Istanbul. It was built in 1895 and standing strong since than. Over the years, it had man renovations and used as a venue to many startups that are now some of the biggest companies in the country. The original design of the building is to get each room to be used by different company. Which translates to one of the first coworking space concepts.
