Vinyl plank flooring and off-white walls keep this flexible office space practical and easy to maintain. Large windows on the South Road facade bring natural light into the corridor and three front offices. As a coworking space, the facility offers a mix of single-person rooms and multi-suite configurations, supported by a manned reception desk at the entrance. Ceiling-mounted fluorescent tubes provide even lighting, and each office includes a desk, chair, and telephone handset. The boardroom seats ten people around a central table and features a wall-mounted monitor. A shared kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and dining area sits adjacent to the breakout zone. The location
South Road functions as Adelaide’s primary north-south arterial route, with bus stops directly outside number 938 serving routes 719, 720, 721, and 722. These provide a ten-minute connection to Adelaide’s central business district and a 15-minute journey to the airport. On-site car parking is available with ten marked spaces at the front of the complex. The Edwardstown Castle Plaza shopping centre lies 400 metres north and contains a supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy, and several food outlets, including a bakery and a sushi bar. For rail services, the Edwardstown railway station is 600 metres east, reachable via a pedestrian path through the residential area. A 24-hour gym operates at 920 South Road, a three-minute walk south. Street parking on South Road is restricted to two hours on weekdays. The nearest cafe (Cafe Settebello) is located inside Castle Plaza. Bicycle parking is available next to the main entrance.
