The centre is in Mingcheng second road, it is located in down town Kaohsiung, the centre is nearby MRT R14 station (Kaohsiung arena station) which is only two stops to Taiwan high speed rail station. You can also easily access to the centre by bus and there is just few minutes walk to the bus station. Kaohsiung area is a popular exhibition hall, it is also a department store.
