The workspace and its facilities

The centre offers fully equipped, modern offices with several spacious common areas and high ceilings. The total surface of nearly 2400 sq m makes this the largest business centre in Stockholm city. The premises, formerly used as headquarters for TetraPak, has recently been carefully refurbished to become a high-class business centre. There are two entrances to the centre, one through Birger Jarlsgatan 18 leading via an astonishing atrium and a square with popular boutiques, restaurants and coffee shop and another one at Grev Turegatan 3. Inside the business centre premises we have a nice collection of fine arts by the famous artist Margareta Petre. Almost all of Sweden’s major companies have their headquarters in Stockholm.

The location

The premises is located on one of the most prestigious addresses in the heart of Stockholm CBD, Stureplan. Due to the prime location of the business centre it takes only 10 minutes to walk from the central station or 20 minutes by train from the airport. The nearest subway is located in the opposite building, making commutes as simple as possible.
