Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

Wellington’s best kept secret. First built as apartments in 1930, and serviced offices since 1991, the building retains many of its original features including an open “cage” elevator in perfect working order. Offices range from small one-person offices, through to larger spaces for up to three people. Serviced office rentals range from $200 to $350 per week plus GST. Currently we have a whole suite of rooms that could provide self-contained office space for up to 10-12 people. This space can be rented either as serviced offices or by negotiating a long term lease. The building is not earthquake prone in terms of the Building Act 2004.

The location

Close to several Government centres, including Parliment, plus sights including the CBD, waterfront precinct and the "Golden Mile" shopping area. This is a truly ideal location from which to conduct your daily business - both in the city centre and the greater Wellington area. For visiting guests, treat them to trips to the Wellington Botanical Gardens, or a walk down Wellington Waterfront - just a few minutes away. Wellington's mainline rail station is less than 10 minutes walk away, buses stop outside the office door regularly, and Wellington International Airport (WLG) is accessible in under 20 minutes.
