This property is a modern Grade A office building conveniently located at the junction of Furmanov Street and Al Farabi Avenue. The rooms are fully furnished with desks, chairs, side lockers, overhead storage and cupboards. The rooms are ready for occupation with high-speed internet, telephone lines and telephones, they are fully secured and we have 24/7 security on the building. We charge a single monthly payment which includes all utilities, unlimited high speed internet access, full in-house IT support, reception services, use of the conference room, which is equipped with AV/conf call telephone/projector and can accommodate up to twelve people, use of the kitchen and free beverages. Parking is limited to one bay chargeable at $300 per bay per month (optional). Alternatively ample parking is available nearby within 5 minutes of the office. Accommodation can be rented on a short term basis – three months minimum.
