The workspace and its facilities
This coworking space occupies a historic palazzo in the San Lio district, featuring a 120-square-metre layout with a hidden private courtyard and terrace for outdoor work or relaxation. The flexible office space comprises a central hot desk area, dedicated workstations, and two meeting rooms accommodating 8 and 15 people, each equipped with a 65-inch television and flipcharts. North-facing windows illuminate the open-plan zone, supplemented by adjustable task lighting and pendant fixtures that highlight original exposed beams. Terrazzo flooring and plaster walls create a clean, creative atmosphere, while the courtyard provides additional seating for breaks or informal gatherings. This workspace includes ergonomic chairs, long communal tables, and private nooks for focused work, all powered by high-speed Wi-Fi and supported by a kitchenette with coffee-making facilities. Located in Venice's Castello sestiere, this shared office offers day passes, carnet entries, and membership tiers, blending focused work with a collaborative members' club ethos.
