The space

The centre offers all-inclusive pricing, so you can move in with peace of mind that there will be no unexpected costs each month. It consists of six offices, 1 conference room which seats up to 20 delegates and a modern, busy business lounge in the heart of the building. There is high-speed wifi, as well as printing and scanning facilities. The manned reception is always available to help with any admin. There are also kitchen facilities with tea/coffee included in rental and free unlimited parking.

The centre is located about one mile away from Newcraighall train station and ideally right next to the A1 city bypass. There are also many regular buses into the city centre. The centre is located on the retail park with lots of shops, restaurants, and a cinema, all open till late. This centre makes it easy to work on the move as Edinburgh Airport is only 10 miles away. In the centre of Edinburgh, the transport links are brilliant, with Waverley Station providing links across the country, including to London Kings Cross.
