Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

Omniia Turenne is a 1,200 sqm stone townhouse in the heart of Bordeaux, a world away from standardised coworking. It offers fully furnished private offices for teams of 1 to 12, bright, quiet and ready to move in. Everything is included in the desk price: access to four meeting rooms (4 to 8 seats), fibre wifi, cleaning, coffee, 24/7 badge access and weekday reception. Pricing is per desk per month and goes down as the team grows: 450 EUR for a single desk, 400 EUR for two, 380 EUR for 3 to 4 desks, 350 EUR for 5 to 6 desks and 330 EUR for 7 to 12 desks, excluding VAT. A hidden 400 sqm garden hosts breaks, lunches, afterworks and events for up to 150 guests. The on-site restaurant serves homemade, organic, seasonal food from breakfast to afterwork and caters for meetings. A yoga studio and a 35-seat event showroom complete the house. We support companies as they grow: start with two or three desks, add more as you hire, move to a larger office without changing address. Service agreement, one-month notice, no deposit, no long-term lease.

The location

The house stands on rue Turenne in Saint-Seurin - Fondaudege, one of the most sought-after residential and business districts of central Bordeaux, between the historic centre and the boulevards. Shops, bakeries and restaurants of rue Fondaudege are a few minutes away on foot. Tram D (Croix de Seguey) is an 8-minute walk, bus lines 2 and 82 stop within 3 to 6 minutes, bike racks stand right in front of the door and street parking is available. Saint-Jean train station is about 15 minutes away.
