Everything is included in the desk price: access to four meeting rooms (4 to 8 seats), fibre wifi, cleaning, coffee, 24/7 badge access and weekday reception. Pricing is per desk per month and goes down as the team grows: 450 EUR for a single desk, 400 EUR for two, 380 EUR for 3 to 4 desks, 350 EUR for 5 to 6 desks and 330 EUR for 7 to 12 desks, excluding VAT. A hidden 400 sqm garden hosts breaks, lunches, afterworks and events for up to 150 guests. The on-site restaurant serves homemade, organic, seasonal food from breakfast to afterwork and caters for meetings. A yoga studio and a 35-seat event showroom complete the house. We support companies as they grow: start with two or three desks, add more as you hire, move to a larger office without changing address. Service agreement, one-month notice, no deposit, no long-term lease.
