Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The workspace is a modern coworking space in Jyväskylä downtown. The center welcome sole proprietors, teleworkers, micro-enterprises, startups, teams from large organizations and public developers. The facilities have been fully renovated between 2018-2020 providing variety of different working spaces: private office rooms, meeting rooms, common coworking spaces, silent area, kitchens etc. Regardless of client’s membership package, clients always get 24-hour access to workspace, including common areas, meeting rooms and event spaces, as well as access to our community of 250 growth businesses, events and services.

The location
The business centre is located in the heart of Jyväskylä downtown and centrum's walking district. The workspace can be found in the city center along Kauppakatu and Väinönkatu, on the premises of the former Anttila. City centrum restaurants, supermarkets, shops, museums, cafeterias and fitness centers and services are located nearby. Transports likewise go through the territory much of the time. Distance to train station is around half kilometer and public bus transportation stops are very close too.
