Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
The space assists sustainability professionals achieve renewable energy goals by delivering excellent engineering and project management consulting services. The centre has grown and expanded into a new ground floor space in the renowned sixty Green Building at Leicester Street Carlton. Embracing the hybrid work from home culture, the centre can lease out a group of desks. The building is an exemplar of sustainability performance in terms of water, energy, passive heating and cooling. Owned by the Australian Conservation Foundation, the building is home to leading environmental justice, social justice, climate and sustainability organizations. This space has up to 12 spare desks for a subtenant to share the space.

The location
The workspace is located in Leicester Street. This centre is five minutes’ walk from Victoria Market, ten minutes from Melbourne Central Station and five minutes from the future Parkside train Station. This centre renovated the office with a new kitchen, meeting room and office furniture. The building manager, the Australian Conservation Foundation, has fitted new HVAC and new carpet. There is two-way access to reach this place by car or public transport such as Uber, taxi, and bus. There is a parking lot nearby from the centre.
