The workspace and its facilities
Natural light and expansive city views shape the workplace environment on the upper floors of Uni-President International Tower. The workspace occupies the 25th floor and combines contemporary office interiors with details drawn from Taiwanese design, including begonia-patterned glass. Indoor greenery and landscaped elements introduce softer visual notes, while acoustic phone booths provide enclosed settings for private calls and focused work. An open lounge creates a shared area with views towards Taipei 101 and Agora Garden, giving the interior a strong visual connection to the surrounding skyline. The layout also incorporates meeting and office areas alongside dedicated relaxation space, producing a varied environment that can accommodate different working patterns. The building itself forms part of a substantial mixed-use tower with office, retail and parking functions, giving the workplace a distinctly urban commercial character.

The location
Commercial activity centres around Songgao Road within Taipei's Xinyi Planned District, one of the city's established business and retail areas. Uni-President International Tower stands directly beside Dream Plaza, with the surrounding streets forming a dense urban setting of major commercial buildings, department-store activity and prominent office developments. Taipei 101 and Agora Garden provide two of the most recognisable visual landmarks from the building, while the wider Xinyi area contains a concentration of corporate, retail and hospitality uses. Taipei City Hall Station provides a nearby MRT connection, with the building identified immediately to the right of Dream Plaza when approaching from Exit 2. Bus services also operate around Taipei City Hall and the MRT station. The district combines high-rise commercial development with an active retail streetscape and a strong metropolitan identity.
