Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

Newly opened space in June 2020 and already have some amazing companies and private members on the books - including a top 10 Lisbon tech company. The center members (who shopped around a lot) say that we are the best. Our belief is simple – when clients feel good they work better, so the centre provides an experience in our space to ensure members are comfortable and productive. The center include many wellbeing sessions (Yoga, Running, Surf etc) in the agreement all bookable via our smartphone app. The app also manages adding visitors, invoicing, check-in, and networking. The space has premium serviced offices and coworking space, by the beach, where individuals can work near home and teams can unleash productivity. The center have a large board room for meetings, green walls, a member lounge and Zoom booths for making calls. The workspace has a shower and storage also when the members want to get active. The space has all COVID-19 safety measures in place and have a great coffee machine with a guest coffee every month.

The location

The space chose a location by the beach, main road, and train - in between Cascais and Lisbon. As companies and individuals look to reduce travel times to work, the center wanted to provide a space where they could be productive and comfortable. The workspace has some new cool restaurants in Paço De Arcos, the best burger bar in Portugal (so people tell us) and many local Cafés. Great transport links available by bus or train. Underground just 16 mins walk away from the space. There is parking available at the center.
