The location

Ferrymead is one of the easier corners of Christchurch to base yourself, especially if you're tired of fighting for a CBD car park. You're a few minutes from The Tannery, the city's boutique shopping and dining emporium, and just up the road from Ferrymead Heritage Park. For food and coffee you're spoilt: Evil Genius, CBK, Vic's, Ten27 and Dispense are all close, alongside plenty more cafés, takeaways and a supermarket for the lunchtime dash.
