The workspace and its facilities
Elmbank Mill, in the Hillfoots village of Menstrie, was built in the heyday of the local textile manufacturing and was well known for its high-quality woollen manufacture. With its Georgian facade and windows on four sides, the building has excellent light quality, and many offices have unrivalled views of the Ochils. Combining affordability with character Elmbank Mill provides fully modernised offices to let ranging from 117 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft. The building is serviced with a lift, toilet and kitchen facilities on each floor, and all offices are individually alarmed. We provide a staffed reception from 2 pm until 4 pm with access to full secretarial services and mail services. We offer flexible lease terms and 24-hour access, 7 days a week.

The location
Menstrie is centrally situated only 10 minutes from Stirling Town Centre, adjacent to town centre facilities and is served by public transport. Menstrie is centrally located with easy access to the rest of Scotland, only 15 minutes from the major motorway network and under an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth. The new rail link, together with the Clackmannanshire Bridge, have further enhanced Menstrie as a prime location.
