The location
Electric Wharf is an environmentally responsible, canal side, mixed use development providing live-work lofts, apartments, low-energy homes and offices, created from the shell of Coventry’s original Victorian power station. The whole complex is a live/work community with 37 live/work lofts, 40 apartments, 21 new-build, low-energy homes and 27,000 sq. ft. of office space fronting the Coventry Canal. The property on offer is C11 Generator Hall. It is a mixed use space with 926 sq. ft. of useable space which offers three individual, self contained offices. There are two smaller offices for 2-4 teem members and a larger one which could hold up to 10 team members - you are bound to find one to suit your needs and requirements. There is a kitchen and break out area for taking a breather or having a meal. Th property also features a separate Board Room and a small meeting room which can be booked by the hour, half day or full day, depending on your needs. Long term residents get special rates for using these spaces which can be booked through our system. There is also the option of having a Virtual office with the added benefit of reduced rates when booking the meeting rooms.
