The workspace and its facilities
This flexible office space spans multiple buildings along a suburban road in Browns Plains, with the main hub at Site 1. The coworking space is divided into three zones: an open area with flexi-desks and dedicated desks near the entrance; private, lockable offices at the rear; and a central lounge with sofas and a kitchenette. Large west-facing windows bring afternoon light across the desk area, supplemented by fluorescent ceiling panels. Vinyl plank flooring runs through the workspace, with carpet tiles in the private offices. Each desk has two power outlets, and the whole hub runs on fibre WiFi. Ceiling height reaches 2.6 metres with standard office tiles. Air conditioning is in place throughout the Brisbane workspace. Members have access to a café on-site for meetings, end-of-trip facilities with showers and lockers, a gated garage, and a meeting room that seats 12. Printing facilities include black-and-white and colour options.

The location
Browns Plains Road is a main arterial route in Logan City, with Site 1 located three hundred metres east of the Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. Bus routes 140, 150, and 545 stop directly outside the hub on Browns Plains Road, providing connections to Brisbane city centre in forty minutes. The road has two lanes in each direction with a median turn lane. Car parking is available in a gated on-site garage, with monthly rentals for dedicated spaces. Several fast food outlets (McDonald's, KFC) and a supermarket (Woolworths) are located within 500 metres west of Grand Plaza Drive. For dining, a Vietnamese restaurant and a bakery sit two hundred metres east on the same road. The Browns Plains police station and post office are six hundred metres southwest. Ride-hailing pickups occur at the main entrance. Taxis can be hailed on Browns Plains Road.
