Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

The space has been in existence since the 1960s and moved to its current location in the 1980s. The workspace located in the heart of the town and just two minutes from the A1(M). The building is purpose built for office spaces, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. The centre has an eclectic mix of tenants and virtual office clients, many of whom have been with us for several years. The space pride themselves on being friendly, clean, and functional. Service with a smile and always willing to do what we can to help. The rates are all inclusive and we are VAT exempt building. In addition, the workspace allows clients to have 24 hours access in 7 days of the week. There are lounges and breakout areas where you can take a break during a hectic workday.
