The workspace and its facilities
Fully serviced office space available from January 2016. These offices sit within a modern two floor business centre located close to the city's Creative Quarter and only a mile from the City Centre. The offices start from 120 sq. ft., the rent is fully inclusive and they are available on long term and short term leases. The Business Centre is fully accessible, has parking facilities, CCTV and intercom access. Each unit contains panel heaters, LG7 office lighting (designed to reduce glare on computer screens), suspended ceiling panels, perimeter trunking for electrical wires, secure intercom entry system and CCTV, and 24-hour access. There is car parking on site as well as street parking available next to the centre.

The location
The business centre is just a mile from Nottingham City Centre and half a mile from Netherfield town centre. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac, a few metres away from Carlton Road, a main route into Nottingham with good public transport links. This is also the start of the award winning Creative Quarter. Nottingham train station, which offers excellent rail connections including to London is located close by and the Capital Arena as well as a number of leisure facilities such as gyms and shops are all within a mile.
