Located in London’s Knowledge Quarter, which has an economic output similar to that of the City of London. At one mile wide and consisting of 60,000 people it is one of the largest knowledge clusters in the world. At its heart is the Francis Crick Institute, built in 2016 at a cost of £700m it is known as ‘the cathedral to biomedical science’. Other members of the quarter include the British Medical Association, British Library, British Museum, Central Saint Martins, RIBA, Royal College of Physicians and UCL to name but a few.Euston is one of the best-connected stations in Central London, providing exceptional accessibility across the capital and multiple onward connections to national and international destinations. With an estimated 60 million passengers a year using Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, this number will increase further upon the arrival of HS2. The immediate catchment area offers a huge employment base for business and commerce. The anticipated delivery of HS2 in 2026 will be key to the capital to-national reach, whilst initial plans for Crossrail 2 look to provide direct links to the Home Counties to the North and South.
