We offer hot desks, private rooms and co-working pods combined with communal facilities such as gym, concierge, grab and go bar and restaurant. The workspaces at TYCA varies from an open-plan flexible workspace, 15sqft privacy work pods for 1 person, 25sqft meeting pods for 4 persons and 200sqft private rooms fitted with your very own kitchenette and washrooms. We offer a flexibility in our workspace offerings from hourly, daily and monthly rates. The interior features tall ceilings with a retro-modern and biophilic interiors where its designed to inspire and connect people. TYCA co-shares the building with a co-living partner who is able to provide accommodation options with our flexible workspaces.
