The location
This property is located within a mile of Oxford’s primary business and retail city centre and its many colleges and institutes, and in particular the Said Business School. The space is approximately 0.75 miles from Oxford railway station, a similar distance from Seacourt park and ride, and is even closer to the main bus routes serving the west of Oxford. The Gloucester Green intercity bus depot with its regular 24-7 services to London and its key airports is about a mile away. There is inclusive on-site parking available on a first-come basis, as well as available adjacent off-site parking. The A34 and A420 junction is also about a mile away which in turn gives access to the M40 10 miles north and the M4 25 miles south.
