The workspace and its facilities
This self contained building is located in the design centre of Clerkenwell and has just completed a full high spec refurbishment. The building features an open plan style and benefits from large windows and exposed brickwork and steel with industrial style ducting. There is a large, imposing yet sleek entrance way with cranked steel staircase contributing to the industrial yet modern design. The space comes with stainless steel and high gloss kitchens with a WC and showers as well. Heating and cooling is controlled via a climate control system. All furniture such as desks and chairs are provided and the space is supplied with a 200MB high speed Fibre line. The location
The space is situated in between the historic Exmouth and Leather Lane Market. Leather Lane features a wide variety of street food vendors and shops. Exmouth Market also has food vendors coupled with a wide variety of bars and trendy restaurants. Farringdon Station and Chancery Lane are both within an 8 minute walk.
