Please note these studios are not fully serviced. Studio S features its own balcony, while Studio D is a bright first-floor space with an in-built sink. Both are self-contained offices ideal for creative businesses, artists, and small teams seeking dedicated, exclusive workspace. The site operates 24/7, with 24-hour access via fob entry system. The front gate closes at 7 pm, after which fob access is required. An on-site management team is present to support daily operations.
