The Clove Building is a repurposed 1930s warehouse located at 4 Maguire Street, SE1, originally converted into award-winning office space by Sir Terence Conran and architects Allies and Morrison. The building features a modernist design with a double-height reception, concierge services, and 100% renewable electricity for landlord services. On-site facilities include a gym, over 100 bike racks, showers, lockers, and two 10-person passenger lifts. Current availability includes the Part 2nd floor (east) at 4,799 sq ft and the Part 3rd floor at 5,119 sq ft. These warehouse-style spaces are available as fully managed suites: fitted, furnished & work ready, designed with the wellness of occupiers in mind. The 2nd floor (east) offers 46 workstations and 35 hot-desking spaces; both floors feature fitted kitchen areas and excellent natural light via a central atrium. The 3rd floor space can be refurbished, fitted & furnished bespoke aligning with the occupiers requirements.
