Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

An office of 12 desks with 6 spare that we would like to share with another business or two. Corner building based in the heart of the Carnaby Estate in Soho with its own terrace. Accessed through a dedicated door for our second floor office with lots of natural light from the numerous windows and skylights in the vaulted ceilings. Whilst we have cooling for the hot days, windows are more often than not opened in the summer. Available at an all in rate with one month's notice.

The location

A few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station with all the amenities of Soho and the West End on the doorstep. Kingly Street and Fouberts Place are pedestrianised for the majority of the day making it a peaceful place to work listening to the buzz of the pedestrians below.
