This purpose-built centre contains 18 workshops and 12 offices air-conditioned. The monthly fee includes water, reception services, cleaning, maintenance, and building insurance. These workshops and offices are available on easy-in/easy-out terms and are ready for immediate occupation.
This centre is situated in a quiet area at the end of Hackett Way, off Newgate Lane, behind the Skoda Garage.
It has ample front and rear parking FREE to tenants. In addition, there is 24-hour access to the building, with the main reception area open Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:00.
An on-site meeting room can be hired, and tenants can use the kitchen area.
A café is on-site, serving breakfast and lunch. This centre has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. All rates are flexible, so do not be afraid to ask a reception team member.
