The location
We are in Fletchworth Gate industrial estate, around two and a half miles west of Coventry city centre. We’re ideally located close to the A45 and Canley train station, making us easily accessible without needing to commute into the city. Close by, you’ll find plenty of amenities, including supermarkets, eateries, hotels, out-of-town shopping, and leisure facilities.

By car: We’re just off the A45 Fletchamstead Highway – a short one-to-two-minute drive. Travelling south on the A45, take the Burnsall Road turning. Travelling north on the A45, take the Canley roundabout via Sir Henry Parkes Road. Getting to and from the city centre takes roughly 10 – 15 minutes via the A429 or B4101.
By rail: The closest station is Canley, around half a mile away. It takes about 10 minutes on foot or a two-minute cycle. Coventry central train station is over two miles away.
By bus: The closest bus stop is located on the other side of the A45. Prior Dream Walk stop is a five-minute walk away via an underpass and is served by buses 18 and 18A, which take you directly from Coventry to Tile Hill via Canley.
By air: Birmingham International Airport is closest, around ten miles away. From here, it takes roughly 20 minutes by car via the A45. Public transport takes around an hour via the X1 Platinum bus to Coventry.
