Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.
The workspace and its facilities
This provider have spaces ranging from 1,615sqft up to 8,746 sqft and these can be taken as a whole, by individual floor or on a split-floor basis. They could accommodate shorter term requirement of 12 months and approximate pricing would be £65 per square foot. This cost would include all your utilities, business rates, service charge, furniture, maintenance, cleaning, internet etc. There wouldn't be any additional costs on top. As for the IT requirements, they advised that these could be accommodated - subject to due diligence. I have included approx. costs for 3,000sqft space which would include 3 internal meeting rooms, a tea point and breakout space.
