Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

Member benefits include a free half-day studio hire per month, 50% discount on additional studio hire/equipment rental/post-production, and your bio/business profile on our website. Our light-filled space features 8 electric sit-stand desks with ergonomic chairs, lockable drawers and translucent partitions, and various break-out/chill-out areas including a meeting room, retro lounge area, library nook and privacy egg chair. Our full-size kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, sandwich bar, espresso machine and unlimited soft drinks, plus there's a kitchenette in the meeting room. We offer a full size bathroom with shower and an additional toilet.

Our space is located in a quiet business park in the Hume industrial estate just 15min from the Canberra city or the airport with visitor parking and plenty of free street parking. There are eateries in Hume and the adjacent suburbs, and we offer a sandwich bar onsite.
