Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The workspace and its facilities

A low cost furnished serviced office in a Georgian listed building in the centre of Winchester with minimum outlay and no long term contract. The Fee includes Rent, Water Rates, Heating, Lighting, Premises Insurance, Cleaning, Staffed Reception, Kitchen & WC Facilities, Incoming Mail, Franking Post (which has an additional 10% handling fee), Maintenance, Furniture if required (desks, pedestals, filing cabinets & chairs) and Carpet. Our staff are your staff. Additional services available include phone answering and diverting, typing, photocopying and facsimile. In-house licensees have 24 hours access into the building. Most offices are easily connected to the existing broadband service through Wi-Fi the cost of which is £10 per month. Cabled connections are also available but there may be a connection fee should extra cabling be necessary.

The location

Located in the heart of Winchester, we are minutes away from the historic High Street, shops, restaurants, the Cathedral and the Theatre Royal. The rail station is a 5 minute walk with the fastest trains to London waterloo taking less than an hour. The M3 is a few minutes drive away. Many of our offices offer stunning views of the Cathedral and surrounding countryside. Others look out on historic Southgate Street with the Old St Thomas Church, The Hampshire Regiment Museum and the Everyman Screen cinema just across the road.
