The workspace and its facilities
This Centre was converted into a business hub in 1993. This centre comprises 20 units varying in size, which are available on easy terms, with rentals including basic overhead charges and office or business services available from reception. All units are carpeted and served by single-phase power socket outlets. All units are individually monitored with intruder alarms and are fitted with internet, telephone and power points. The building has a kitchen, toilet and meeting facilities, on-site parking and full 24-hour-7 day access. Several small companies and organisations are accommodated at the Centre.

The location
This centre is located in the heart of Hulme, situated next to Hulme park and easily accessible by major roads and motorways. It is approximately 1 mile from Manchester city centre and Deansgate railway station. The area is well-resourced with local amenities, including Post Office, Leisure centre, shopping centre and various cafés and takeaways. There are lounges and breakout areas where tenants can take a break during a hectic workday. Fantastic transport links are available due to the central location of this space. The centre is accessible 24 hours a day so the clients can work flexibly.
