Situated in a historic renovated Post Office building this Thurrock-based centre offers flexible, 'easy-in, easy-out' terms for tenants looking for professional office space. There centre boasts a range of useful amenities, including fantastic meeting room facilities, and a brilliant onsite management team where tenants can take advantage of services such as post handling, administrative support and printing/copying. The location
The centre benefits from a prime location as it is situated on Grays High Street. Such a central location means that it is just a stone’s throw away from all the town has to offer. The centre has plenty of shops and eateries within the immediate vicinity, with Grays Shopping Centre a minutes’ walk, and Morrisons supermarket also around a minutes’ walk. Grays train station is less than a minutes’ walk, which offers direct access into London’s East end and then to Fenchurch Station. Grays bus station is also very close by.
