Office sizes are based on approximately 50-75 sqft / 5-7 sqm per person as an industry average unless supplied by the operator. All office prices are subject to requirements but include rent and service charges. Desks and virtual offices are priced per person, per month.

The centre hot-desking facilities are set during a beautiful 15-acre country estate. With great onsite support, there is space to join the existing friendly tenants for short-term or long-term leases. For an additional cost, we can provide a telephone line. Your rental includes the use of desk space with full COVID-19 regulatory precautions already implemented, Wi-Fi, printing, kitchen area, Zoom room, restrooms, and large car park. If clients need a little more we can also offer a cross-functional space to host a meeting, or an adaptable space to deliver activities in our function centre which is a massive 1900 square feet - allowing clients to create the right environment for member’s needs. Or perhaps clients need kitchen facilities to hire. The property is set amongst 15 idyllic acres, boasting a versatile events and sports hall; a quaint traditional chapel; modern office and meeting space; a group accommodation village and beautiful country walking paths.
