The location
Karingal Drive connects directly to the Moorooduc Highway, providing freeway access within 500 metres northbound. Bus routes 760, 761, and 762 stop directly outside number 212, offering connections to Frankston railway station and the Frankston Hospital campus. The Karingal Hub Shopping Centre lies immediately opposite the address, a two-minute walk across the signalised pedestrian crossing. That centre includes supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafes (including a Gloria Jean’s), and a post office. On-site parking is available with 15 dedicated spaces in front of the building. Frankston’s central business district is 2.5 kilometres south, a seven-minute drive via Karingal Drive and Beach Street. For longer walks, the Pines Forest Scenic Reserve is 1.1 kilometres east, reachable via a footpath on Karingal Drive. No bicycle parking is visible on the property.
